Haute for a Hundred (Bucks)

There is nothing better to me than ripping the tags off a newly purchased article of clothing. I’ve never dabbled in hard drugs but I can imagine a similar rush. Even if it is a plain tank top something about it being fresh makes it so much more exciting. When I have something new on I walk a little taller, give pedestrians the right away and smile at ugly babies. All in all I’m a much more chipper gal with a new outfit on. After the second or third wear the love affair is over. For me, it’s always been about shoes, bags and accessories. I would sell my ovaries for a pair of Giuseppe’s but $150 for a James Perse t-shirt pisses me off. Sorry Mom, it’s stupid (that bitch could be their spokeswoman). I feel like if you work it and wear the right accessories you can make your bargain finds look expensive and haute. Today my entire outfit runs for around $100 bucks (jewelry and purse not included obv) and hopefully you would never know it.

Navy striped top with graffiti pants and studded flats.

Jeans $12.99 – Rag and Bone (H&M)
Top $18.99 – Clu (Gap)
Shoes $79.90 – Valentino (Zara)

I’m so fiscally responsible it kills me…
